Terms of Use

Last updated: May 23, 2026

1. Agreement to these terms

By using Biscuit, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the product.

Questions about these terms can be sent to support@meetbiscuit.com.

2. What Biscuit does

Biscuit helps you create app screenshots for App Store and Google Play. You can use the editor, add screenshots and captions, customize layouts, and export images.

Some features require signing in. Exporting, adding multiple screens, and creating multiple projects require a paid pass.

3. Accounts

If you create or use an account, you are responsible for keeping access to that account secure. You are also responsible for activity that happens through your account.

We may suspend or limit access if an account is used to abuse Biscuit, interfere with the service, or violate these terms.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the screenshots, captions, project settings, and other content you add to Biscuit.

You give Biscuit permission to store, process, display, and export your content only as needed to provide the product. You are responsible for making sure you have the rights to use anything you upload.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use Biscuit to upload illegal, harmful, abusive, or infringing content. Do not try to access other users data, bypass security controls, disrupt the service, or misuse Biscuit as file hosting.

Biscuit is built for creating store-ready app screenshots, not for storing sensitive personal information or distributing unsafe files.

6. Passes and pricing

Biscuit offers one-time passes that unlock pro features for a set period. No subscriptions, no recurring charges.

  • 1-Week Pass: $4.99 — full access for 7 days.
  • 1-Year Pass: $24.99 — full access for 365 days.

Passes are non-refundable once purchased. Payment is processed by Polar. Biscuit does not store full payment card numbers on its own servers.

Prices may change. Any price change will apply only to new purchases, not to passes already bought.

7. Account deletion

You can delete your account at any time from the account menu in the editor. Deleting your account permanently removes all your data, including projects, screens, and uploaded screenshots. This action cannot be undone.

If you have an active pass, deleting your account does not entitle you to a refund for the remaining time on your pass.

8. Availability and changes

We try to keep Biscuit reliable, but the service is provided as is and may change, pause, or become unavailable from time to time.

We may update features, limits, or parts of the product as Biscuit evolves.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Biscuit is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

You are responsible for reviewing exported screenshots before publishing them to App Store, Google Play, or anywhere else.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Biscuit changes. When we make meaningful changes, we will update the date on this page. Continuing to use Biscuit after updated terms are posted means you accept the updated terms.
